Emily O’Neal creates highly fresh and bold pop music. Her new EP, Overachiever, is out now, featuring the (impressive) focus track Real Job. In a sassy and playful way, she addresses the opinions and comments she receives about being an artist. The lyrics are strong, and probably relatable for other creatives who likely hear similar things.
I really like the production here, especially the upbeat energy it delivers. The vocal delivery works well, too, offering plenty of variety.
