The lyrics center on themes like self-sabotage and inner conflict, illustrating how we can become our own worst enemies while convincing ourselves we are doing the right thing.
The production is driven primarily by catchy synths and a cool alt-style beat. The vocals are beautiful in their dreaminess, so keep paying attention to them.
