Singer/songwriter Sierra Fotouhi releases her new single Be Me. It started from a feeling of loneliness, but transformed into something much more playful during the writing process. The lyrics talk about how people might be able to copy your style or confidence, but never your entire personality. At the end of the day, you’re unique. And you have to embrace that.
The arrangement here is cool, with early-2000s garage-band energy driven by guitars that don’t slow down. The vocals are convincing all the way through, so kudos for that.
