Danish pop artist EMI WIDE has built her sound around a bold, high-energy pop style. After performing at festivals such as UHØRT and SPOT and gaining national radio attention with her EP Big Shark Club, she’s now releasing music through Austrian label Strasser Music Group.
Her latest single, Only for You, takes you through the rush of falling hard for someone. The lyrics capture that moment when attraction turns into full-on infatuation, leaving you ready to put your heart on the line for the person who has completely caught your attention
The vocals have a playful confidence that suits the song perfectly, especially in the chorus, where EMI accentuates the flirtatious lyrics with plenty of attitude. There’s also a nice hint of cheekiness in her delivery.
