Rising Malaysian singer-songwriter Alternate Jane shares her new single, Someday, produced by Dutch producer Melvin Rijlaarsdam. It talks about parting ways with someone that once meant everything. The lyrics reflect on heartbreak and the hope to one day find answers to what went wrong.
Someday sounds great. I’m particularly fond of its guitar melodies and string work, as they create movement. The vocals come across as genuine, imparting an authentic quality to the whole thing.
