Artists like West London-based Inbal are a rarity. As a multi-instrumentalist and multilingual singer-songwriter growing up amongst the picturesque Mediterranean coastline of Tel Aviv, Israel she brings a taste of that colourful beauty to her genre-blurring and progressive take on honest alt-pop.
One Step is Inbal’s new single and it is a brilliant piece of music. I really like the modern melodies which create enough room for the sublime vocals. Besides, the chorus is as expected powerful and reveals thoughtful artistic choices. Furthermore, I also adore the quirky rhythms!
Speaking about the track, Inbal says: ”The song is about the insecurities we all feel at the beginning of a new relationship. As in, where you obsess over every sentence you say and worry about whether you’re playing every little thing right. Trying not to step on anyone’s toe, is like a dance of vulnerabilities.”
Inbal is a super talented artist, One Step has the potential to become a worldwide hit, so start streaming it as soon as possible!
Do not hesitate and add One Step to your playlist(s).
