Cass Miller is a classically-trained singer, songwriter, and recording artist from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania who currently resides in Los Angeles, California. Cass’s music is a refreshing blend of layered, dream-like vocals over hazy pop productions. Cass is currently crafting her debut project alongside Grammy award-winning producer and writer Jordan Warè.
Cards Fall Down is Cass’s new single and it sounds very impressive. I really like the laid-back melodies. Besides, the vocals are sublime. Furthermore, I am also a big fan of the dynamics and the uplifting chorus!
On the single, Cass says: ”Cards Fall Down is about breaking down the “house of cards” that people build around us – the “cards of life” that people want you to play. I wrote it after leaving my hometown and moving to Los Angeles to pursue music. I needed to figure out who I was without everyone’s opinion of who they thought I should be, and I did that – 3000 miles away from where I grew up.”
