Sofia Monroy grew up on a rooftop in Mexico, and moved to the northern parts of Sweden when she was 2 years old. In 2015, she made her debut for the public when participating in Swedish Idol where she made it all the way to the finals.
Monroy just released her new single I Don’t Wanna Fight and it’s so good. I like the innovative pop beats. Besides, the hooks are memorable. Furthermore, I am also a fan of the powerful vocals and r&b influences.
Lyrically, the song is very impressive. It’s about complicated love at its most relatable.
On the single, Monroy says: ”For me this song is a personal story about loving someone so unconditionally that you can’t let go of a relationship even if you know it’s destructive.”
Monroy always makes good music, she’s so creative and artistic. I Don’t Wanna Fight deserves all the attention. Start streaming it as soon as possible!
