Originally from outside of Philadelphia, 22 year old Melissa Weinstein is currently writing, recording, and performing her music in Washington DC as she finishes up her last year at American University. Her music style ranges from Indie pop-rock to acoustic singer/songwriter.
Melissa just released her brand new single Give It Away, taken from the forthcoming EP Decent Days, due for release April 23rd.
The song sounds so good. I like the distinct guitar riff. Besides, the vocals are outstanding. Furthermore, I am also a fan of the powerful hooks and dynamic elements.
