The song sounds so good. I like the brilliant guitar work. Besides, the vocals are outstanding. Furthermore, I’m also a fan of the catchy hooks and delicate harmonies.
Lyrically, DNNY delivers. He has a unique writing style.
Speaking about the track, the artist says: ”The song is about an ex who stays in contact with me by appealing to my better nature. They tell me they’re lonely and thinking about me, or say how much they miss us being together. At first, I would respond because I felt bad for them and how things ended between us, but then it made me feel disgusted that they still had power over me. As the kind of person I am, I felt like if I just ignored them, it was cruel.”
The lyric video really captures the spirit of the song. Visually, it looks stunning.
DNNY is a rising superstar. He radiates talent.
The song deserves to be heard. It’s a modern masterpiece in my opinion.
