Nashville-based pop artist katie MAC has released her new single, Till It Hurts. The drop of the track anticipates the release of her EP, Self Sabotage, coming this Fall.
The song features upbeat pop sounds, sublime vocals, soothing harmonies, and solid hooks.
Lyrically, katie delivers. She writes so well. Every line in the song is golden.
Speaking about the track, the artist says: “One thing that I’ve realized is anything real hurts when you lose it. While my newest single, Till It Hurts may sound like it’s about heartbreak, it’s actually about finding something that you feel so deeply that you know losing it will be painful. I wrote it when I was I worried I would never really *feel* something worth losing again. I think everyone can relate to that feeling of searching for something real, even if it’s risky.”
katie’s music speaks to the soul. Her work has depth. Till It Hurts deserves 5 stars.
