Shannon is an indie-pop artist from East London who creates soulful tones with her voice. Through heartfelt lyrics and acoustic guitar production, she shares stories and experiences.
For Now, produced by Rachel Still, brings some fantastic sounds that keep the spirit going. Personally, I really like the melodic work. It’s obvious Shannon sings with great technique and conviction. She hits some difficult notes at the end.
In her own words, Shannon explains: ”I wrote this song about taking time for yourself. It’s so important for me to take time out after a stressful situation and recharge until I’m ready to face whatever is it that I am challenging next. Its ok to take your time and remember that everything is temporary!”
