You might be wondering what Night Talks’ new song, On and On, is all about. Well, lead singer Soraya wrote it after she realized that the relationships we have in our lives follow similar paths, even if they progress along the way.
Think about it—have you ever had a close friend from when you were a kid? How is that relationship different now that you’re an adult? Chances are, it’s changed a lot. But there are still some similarities, right? You probably still laugh at the same jokes and get mad at each other for the same reasons.
The song also highlights the fact that relationships can also fall apart when you become completely different people. It can make things seem really complex. However, that doesn’t mean you should give up. Someday, you might cross paths again.
