Melbourne/Naarm-based singer/songwriter, Allison Bysouth, is paving the way in the music industry despite being new to the scene. Her latest single, ETA, reflects much creativity with its quirky R&B sound. I really like the beat and melody here, as they elevate the production to a higher level. The verses and chorus are masterfully intertwined.
ETA centres around sexual desires and frustrations. Allison wants to convey the message that women should be able to sing about this topic openly and without judgement. She took inspiration from Miley Cyrus’ #GETITRIGHT.
