Singer-songwriter Rosalie shares her new single, Half Life. It may sound moody, but it’s melodic nonetheless, taking you somewhere else. The down-tempo dance pop beat shines with identity, and develops well. Rosalie’s vocals reach your soul right away.
Half Life reflects the frustration and yearning of Millennials who feel that they’re falling short of their potential no matter how hard they try. This generation faces many of the same struggles and strives for a life that matches their aspirations and work ethic. Even though I’m a Gen Zer, I can also relate to the lyrics. Rosalie’s conclusions are spot on, in my opinion.
