You Me Free, the third track from Lily Juniper’s forthcoming EP, Words, presents a kaleidoscope of diverse sounds that crash together like waves, generating a vibrant ambiance. The vocals are whimsical, radiating against the musical landscape and enriching the whole arrangement.
This song reflects Lily’s long relationship with therapy, both her struggles and her liberation. She wanted to explore the unique relationship that you experience with a therapist and how self-indulgent it can be, but also how necessary it is for us all to have our own space without judgment for who we are.
