Singer-songwriter Chloe Mayse releases her new single, HIGH SCHOOL. It has convincing pop instrumentals that bind the various pieces together. Because of this, you don’t have to solve the puzzle yourself. The vocals are heartfelt, inspiring you through their emotion-filled delivery. The chorus lacks nothing, but instead reaches for the stars.
In HIGH SCHOOL, Mayse recalls her time at an all-girl Catholic school. She was closed about her sexuality, so she was unable to tell her friend that she loved her. Mayse had these intense feelings and wanted to keep them hidden as much as possible.
