Birdtunes is an Asian American singer-songwriter from the Bay Area. He releases his new single, Tango. It recreates the sound of the early 2000s in exceptional fashion. I find the guitar melody progressing gracefully, and the punchy beats suit it well. The singing brings out rainbows through its tone.
Birdtunes was inspired to write this tune after watching Rango. I’m not sure how he accomplished it, but the lyrics are really good. All the pieces fall into place while listening, which is what you want.
