Jacqueline Hackett dropped out of college and is a singer/songwriter based in New York City. She shares her new single, Both Hands. The song examines how it is to be present again after being disconnected from yourself for so long. You really feel reborn when this happens.
Both Hands uses organic instruments like guitar to sculpt its sound. I find the vocals somewhat reminiscent of Maggie Rogers. The chorus completes the puzzle by binding everything together.
Hackett personifies the spirit of music; she gets everything right to the point. Check out Both Hands below!
