20-year-old Fanschko releases her new single, Motion Blur. Taking inspiration from Lorde, The 1975, and Chappell Roan, its pop production blossoms forward. I love, for example, how the synths play a part in the mix. The vocals sound super steady.
Motion Blur touches upon the tendency to make excuses, the struggle for genuine connections in a superficial world, and the impact of societal pressures on personal happiness. These topics are all relevant to discuss. It’s for this reason that we think the lyrics are fascinating.
If Fanschko continues this path, she’ll reach the highest mountains in no time. Check out Motion Blur below!
