Yana Rose is an Indonesian-American indie-pop artist based in Nashville. She releases miss my flight. The song is based on her last night in LA before moving to Nashville the next morning. She went out with a guy and together they explored places she had never seen before, as well as getting a tattoo. It all seemed a bit surreal.
miss my flight has a warm indie-pop production. I really dig its melodic features, particularly the use of strings. The vocals are as they should be: fresh and convincing.
