Irene Adler is a musical project situated at the intersection of dream-pop, soft rock, and jazz/blues genres. The band is fronted by lead singer Irene who entered the world of music coming from a professional background in business.
Storms in the Night is one of her songs that’s all about how love has the power to last even when you don’t expect it to. It’s got some jazz and soul sounds that really connect the past to the present. The song also puts the fear of not knowing what’s ahead right up against the pure happiness of living in the moment. It really makes you think about finding joy today no matter what.
