Cass Reinhardt is a New York-based pop artist, songwriter, and producer influenced by sad girl music aesthetics. Her new single, Iridescent, has arrived. It captures the feeling of being pulled toward someone who isn’t right for you. They simply add nothing of value to your life. It’s for this reason that you should keep moving forward alone. But, yeah, that can be tough.
Dreamy vocals, a heartbeat kick, and an intermittent synth make up Iridescent. The production is truly exceptional, falling within the indie pop, indie dance, and singer songwriter categories. There’s so much brilliance packed into this one.
