Kate Keller is an independent pop/rock singer-songwriter based in Queens, NYC. She releases her new single, the way I see the world. It explores substance abuse, broken family dynamics, and growing up despite it all. The lyrics really resonate, especially for younger listeners who can relate to carrying around emotional baggage and feeling lost about what to do. But Kate offers solace, showing there’s light at the end of the tunnel if you persevere.
the way I see the world has a very solid pop rock foundation. Dynamic guitars and drums swirl around and unify the sound. The vocals balance nicely in the middle and choose their own place. The chorus hits you right in the gut the moment it begins.
