Rising artist Anya Kitsy drops her debut single Still in Love. It talks about falling hard for someone who isn’t ready for commitment. They’re kind of an emotional trainwreck, but you’re so infatuated that you convince yourself they’re the one. However, as the illusion fades, reality hits, and you’re left to face the heartbreak.
I really like the sound of Still in Love. It has this very funky groove underneath. Above it, sweet harmonies complement the main vocals. The melodic textures contrast beautifully with the deeper context and provide a very dreamlike atmosphere.
