This track is a smooth, slithery vibe that merges vintage electronica vibes from acts like Boards of Canada or Tycho with Night Tapes’ signature airy falsetto vocals and an irresistible, cinematic dream-pop hook.
The lyrics are like a hypnotic meditation, reflecting on our modern existence, how we’re disconnected from the digital world, and searching for something deeper. Lines such as “You can’t go back, you know too much now,” echo throughout the song.
