Singer-songwriter Julia Adrian is currently based in Nashville. She releases her new EP with the single Almost Like I Never Even Met You. It talks about the emotional conflict of defending someone who has hurt you, and the shock of realizing that someone you once knew intimately now feels like a complete stranger.
Almost Like I Never Even Met You has meditative guitar melodies that embody the sweetness of indie pop. The vocals are wonderful, rich with heartfelt edges so you can really get lost in the lyrics.
