Shannon Walker’s latest single, Wax & Wane, is a lunar lullaby dipped in melancholy and drama. Using the moon and its phases as a central metaphor, she explores how she moves through highs and lows, sometimes full of light, sometimes feeling empty, but always changing and evolving.
Wax & Wane feels intentionally stripped down. There’s no flashy production, only raw acoustic-based instrumentation. The vocals do more than carry the song, they unravel it, in both a gentle and powerful way.
Shannon shows a different side of her artistic personality with Wax & Wane. Check it out below!
