Two months ago, singer-songwriter Katelyn Butcher sat down with her friend and collaborator, Chloey Indica, and opened up about everything on her mind. In that vulnerable moment, the two of them wrote What If We Did. Its lyrics, as you might expect, are very thoughtful.
What If We Did has soft production, featuring guitar and strings. While it may sound a bit classical at first, it works really well. I love the vocals because they maintain constant momentum, especially during the chorus.
