Singer-songwriter JONES puts melancholic optimism on ice with her dreamy new EP, In The Moment. Lead single Moonlight is composed of soulful vocals, lush synths, and vintage disco charm, all layered with R&B warmth.
The lyrics embrace vulnerability, reflecting on a love that felt rare, unraveling in just days, and the unspoken hope that the other person might come back. But rather than collapse, JONES chooses relief: “Won’t see me cry / I’ll dance in the moonlight”.
