Indie duo Haerts return with The Lie, the second single from their upcoming album Laguna Road. The track is a nostalgic ode to youth and the intricacy of young love, drawing from the real-life relationship of bandmates Nini Fabi and Benny Gebert. Directed by Julian Klincewicz (Beyoncé, Tame Impala), the accompanying video strips back visuals to raw emotion, elevating the song’s fragile beauty. “It’s about the dreams and pain that brought us together,” says Fabi.
