Sydney trio EGOISM release It Takes Two, their latest single following the sold-out Just a Local Band Tour. It captures the thrill of mutual attraction and the temptation to give in to it. Sometimes, the spark is just too strong to pretend it isn’t there.
Takes Two opens with a sliding guitar line before building into a more urgent indie-rock sound. Bright guitars and early-2000s influences give the track a soaring intensity and a catchy edge. The vocals sound amazing, especially due to their crispness.
EGOISM raise the bar with It Takes Two. Check it out below!
