Brooklyn-based singer, songwriter and producer ÊMIA releases her new single, The Plot. She’s singing about feeling a little lost and behind in life, but instead of freezing up, she’s like, “whatever, I’ll do it for the plot.”
I love the production here. Cinematic alt-pop textures give it a fun and exciting edge. The vocals are playful, yet serious, balancing between the two worlds perfectly.
