Kirrilee crafts pop music for the romantics, the overthinkers, and the ones who feel everything all at once. Her new single, The View, came out recently. She wrote it while watching her best friend endure a painful relationship with someone who didn’t value or treat her right. After one especially heartbreaking call, three hours apart and unable to comfort her in person, she hung up, sat down, and poured her emotions into a song meant to be the hug she couldn’t give.
I love the production here. It´s quiet, but so beautiful at the same time. The guitar melodies really pierce the soul. The vocals sound heartfelt, you want to keep listening to them.
