Last year, Philadelphia-based artist Aly Castle shared her debut single, I Need You Around. It grew out of a rough patch in a relationship, and depicts an imperfect journey towards a stronger relationship. The lyrics hit the nail on the head.
I Need You Around has a rich full band arrangement punctuated by layers of guitar and flugelhorn. The vocals ebb and flow and lead you through the story well.
