Fresh from headlining a sold-out show at Battersea Power Station last summer and a recent SoFar Sounds London performance in January, South London singer-songwriter Moniah releases her single Love You Twice.
Utilizing water metaphors that run through the track like a current, it doesn’t offer easy answers about what love means or how it should feel. The lyrics are very poetic, I think.
I love the production throughout. It’s both soulful and poppy, giving it a cool vibe. The vocals are phenomenal, having lots of presence.
As London’s music scene continues to evolve, Moniah is forging out territory that feels distinctly her own. Check out Love You Twice below!
