Heddy Edwards is a singer-songwriter, producer, and poet hailing from the south suburbs of Chicago, now residing in northern Virginia. She recently released her new single, The other side of town. It has thrilling guitar work and cool synths. The vocals are dynamic, which means they alternate between different tones well.
The other side of town talks about a town split by wealth, and how the memory of someone on the lower-class side haunts the rich-yet-selfish dwellers on “the other side” (physically and in dreams). The lyrics are impressive, if you ask me.
