Daniella Binyamin’s new single Wild Love is about the bittersweet experience of feeling everything all at once while sensing it won’t last. Basically an anti-romantic take on big emotions.
For an artist who moves between two worlds, roots in both Sweden and the Middle East, the feeling of being both half and double running through everything she makes, the tension at the heart of Wild Love feels entirely personal. Daniella has always written songs as a way of understanding herself and the world outside.
I love the production here, which balances alt-pop with indie rock. The vocals sound wonderful, putting emotion front and center.
Wild Love marks the first chapter of Binyamin’s upcoming debut album. We’re already eagerly anticipating it.
