Fright Years follow up their sold-out UK tour with Never Been Wrong, establishing themselves as genuine contenders for Scotland’s next breakout band with their focus and belief. It has bubbly synths, strong drums, and infectious guitar melodies. The vocals are non-stop perfect, allowing you to totally immerse yourself in the lyrics.
On Never Been Wrong, Jules (the vocalist) revisits a past relationship without bitterness, but with the perspective that only distance can provide. What seemed like confusion and conflict is now understood for what it was: ‘your love was just a smokescreen.’
