Elaine Alaïs is a singer-songwriter and producer from Finland. She shares her new single, Black Metal. It follows a young girl caught between attraction and disgust as she becomes fascinated by a black metal musician consumed by violence, obscurity, and self-destruction.
The contrasting elements make things so compelling musically. Warm, dreamy textures drift beneath distorted guitars and shadowy undertones, conjuring an atmosphere that tempts while constantly hinting at danger underneath.
