Emily Hackett inspires every listener to reach a deeper level of honesty in their own lives with her lyrics. She recently released Crowded Room. It talks about letting go of past versions of yourself so that you can embrace your future selves.
I love the production here, particularly the way it’s driven by big drums and layered acoustics. The vocals sound wonderful, putting emotion front and center.
Crowded Room is a good choice for fans of Madi Diaz, Sara Bareilles, and Jewel. But even if you don’t know these artists, you should check it out!
