Niki Kennedy is continuing the rollout for her upcoming album The Space In Between with Through the Night. “It’s about the sort of longing you’d do anything for,” she explains. “Whether it’s someone you care for, or in my case, for the place that shaped me, Through The Night is me driving toward that feeling, even when I’m half a world away.”
The track embraces a jazzy, late-night atmosphere with smooth saxophone lines drifting through the mix and crisp, discreet drumming that keeps everything in motion. The vocals are wonderful throughout, making them exciting to follow.
