Rising talent Ellen Birath releases her new single, Mother of Pearl. It talks about comforting someone you love and helping them find peace. The lyrics are wonderful, as they show that no one needs to face things alone.
The instrumentation remains minimal here, but that doesn’t make it any less powerful. Jazzy chords and rhythms do exactly what they’re supposed to do. The vocal performance has an edge that works in harmony with the entire piece.
Birath maintains a level of excellence comparable to that of artists like Norah Jones. Check out Mother of Pearl below!
