Earlier this month, Vancouver-based artist Ché Aimee Dorval shared her new single, Feel Something. The song explores the idea that separating oneself can be comforting, but may also become complicated over time.
I think things sound amazing here. Feel Something features shimmering electronic production complemented by organic elements such as guitar. The vocals go above beyond and make the emotionally charged narrative even more compelling.
To celebrate the release, Dorval has uploaded a live performance video for Feel Something on her YouTube channel. The video was filmed by Lindsay Blane and directed by Laura Harvey during her May 23 performance at Franklin Commons Studio in Vancouver.
Dorval makes music from the heart, and that’s certainly evident in Feel Something. Check it out below!
