Set against beautiful acoustic guitar work, it radiates a lovely melodic light. The vocals are brimming with emotion, which makes them sincere.
Keni wrote the street about the expectations you have of your partner, and the disappointment when those aren’t met. Ultimately, you can’t force someone to want something they don’t want or to want you if the feeling isn’t there. Kenialso found the title the street amusing because of the expression ‘he’s for the streets,’ so that idea played a part too.
