Rising British singer-songwriter Kate Koell recently shared her debut single, First Ring. The song talks about finding reassurance in a relationship after experiencing disappointment and emotional neglect in the past. The lyrics make impact because of their relatability.
The production has pop sensibilities but is primarily shaped with left-of-center production. I especially love the synths throughout. The vocals sound fantastic all the way through.
