German singer-songwriter Ava Adonia releases her new single Brave, focusing on the gap between the person you imagined you’d become and the person you feel you’re today. It’s the sort of thing most people rarely discuss openly. The expectations set early, the path that turned out differently, and the courage it takes to look at where you actually are and decide what to do with it.
The production is very pop-like, which automatically makes it catchy. In particular, I love the synths throughout because they maintain good momentum. The vocals are, as expected, brilliant.
