R&B artist Amaya Santos recently released HOME, from her debut EP SILVER. The song has a deep meaning. After losing her dad, Amaya lost both her best friend and the place where she felt safest, leading her to build emotional armor and focus on simply getting through life. HOME is about slowly taking that armor off and reconnecting with the bubbly, curious dreamer she once was.
Musically, HOME knows how to dazzle. Its warm piano, steady bass and drums, and soulful horn arrangement make everything sound so charming. The vocals are powerful, especially during the chorus.
With HOME, Santos delivers something so raw. Check it out below!
