Montreal-based alt-pop artist Renon debuts NOTHING’S EVER GONNA CHANGE, her first single in about a year and the start of a new chapter in her career. Through its lyrics, the song examines the difficulty of moving forward when past experiences and ongoing mental health struggles keep pulling you back.
NOTHING’S EVER GONNA CHANGE sounds epic, merging heavy synths and alternative rock elements with powerful, pop-driven vocals. It also marks Renon’s first co-production credit, making it a personal milestone as she explores a darker direction.
NOTHING’S EVER GONNA CHANGE really gets under your skin. Check it out below!
