On the single, Alfreda says: ”On and On is set during a night out when I met this guy I liked who fortuitously reminded me that there are other people out there who could make me feel good. I was in such an unhealthy relationship for so long but I was too weak insecure and didn’t know how to leave. This night and this little crush gave me some escape to imagine something new. And it’s what led me to seriously question why I had stayed with the wrong person for too long. Nothing further happened with me and the person I’m singing about, but that’s not really the point, it’s just a fun and joyous song about lust.”
Alfreda is such a talented artist, she’s so creative and artistic. On and On is a brilliant piece of music. Start streaming it as soon as possible!
